Dallas,Texas

Responsible for oversight, evaluation and coordination of clinical operations within the assigned division of our prestigious properties.
Job duties include functioning as a clinical liaison with operations, dietary and other divisional support staff to coordinate efforts toward strong regulatory compliance to meet or exceed State and Federal requirements. Identifies and communicates clinical risk factors to the facility and the regional and corporate team. This position may require occasional overnight travel although most will be local.

Requirements
Experience needed:
RN candidate with license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain.
Previous successful DON and or Consultant experience
Ability to travel overnight.
Exceptional leadership ability
Strong working knowledge of State and Federal regulatory compliance
Ability to prioritize and set own schedule
Ability to find, evaluate and put systems in place that meet or exceed State/Federal regulatory compliance
Effective adult educator with education skills for teaching and training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Must exemplify high level of Professionalism
